These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FieldBrief, an SMS-based job management service ("Service") operated by Fieldbriefai LLC ("FieldBrief," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FieldBrief is a text-message-based software service that helps small trades contractors manage job briefs, work orders, proposals, and invoices via SMS. All interactions with the Service occur through text messages to and from our dedicated phone number.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for use by businesses operating in the United States.
FieldBrief is offered as a monthly subscription through three tiers: Brief ($1.99/mo), Brief + Orders ($9.99/mo), and Command ($29.99/mo). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by texting STOP to our phone number or contacting hello@fieldbrief.ai. No refunds are provided for partial months.
By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring text messages from FieldBrief related to your account, jobs, and services. Message frequency varies based on usage. Message and data rates may apply. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, violate third-party rights, or interfere with the operation of the Service. You are responsible for all content you submit through the Service.
FieldBrief and all related software, branding, and content are the property of Fieldbriefai LLC. You retain ownership of any customer data or business information you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and may be subject to delays or failures outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fieldbriefai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
