• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the core SMS-based functionality of the Service (briefs, work orders, proposals, invoices)
• Process subscription billing through Stripe
• Send you service-related notifications and customer support responses
• Improve and maintain the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Messaging and Consent

By subscribing to FieldBrief, you consent to receive recurring transactional and service-related text messages from us at the mobile phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Service. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can reply HELP for support, or email hello@fieldbrief.ai. Opting out will cancel your active subscription.

4. No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors below is solely for the purpose of supporting the Service.

5. Service Providers

We use the following trusted providers to operate the Service:

• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Airtable — secure business data storage
• Render — web application hosting
• Google Workspace — business email

These providers access your information only as needed to perform their services and are contractually required to protect it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@fieldbrief.ai.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
